Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency via telephonic calls.
- Handle customer order management from initiation to completion, ensuring a seamless process.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by utilizing the right methods/tools.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to maintain a high-quality standard.
What We Require:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Proficiency in English, both in verbal and written communication.
- Preferably, the ability to handle communications in Hindi as well.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
