This is a full-time, on-site role at LabX, exclusively designed to encourage women candidates to thrive in business development. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s reach by driving new business opportunities, generating leads, and maintaining strong client relationships. This position emphasizes collaborative efforts, customer satisfaction, and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Graduation in Life Sciences or an MBA (or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare or diagnostics sector is an advantage.
- Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
